TorchKids is for 1st - 5th graders. Our mission is to make this a safe, fun and stimulating place where children can learn about God. Children experience energetic songs, an active Bible lesson and fun games. From the church lobby, take the main stairs to the 2nd level. Check-in will be outside of the Cafe doors and visitors will not be allowed past check-in for security reasons. Check-in will begin 15 minutes prior to each service. Sunday school check-in is located on the main level. Follow the signs in the lobby to the education wing of the church. What is TorchKids?
TorchKids is our Chidren's Ministry that is uniquely designed with your child in mind. We are passionate about children learning about Jesus in a way they understand. Our environments and lesson materials are created based on the physical, mental and emotional needs of each child.
First Time at TorchKids?
Take the stairs from the main lobby to the 2nd floor TorchKids registration booths. We will meet your family and check your child into our secure database system. Once your family is checked in, one of our volunteers will be happy to show your child our Cafe area where they can play until time for service.
We will ask you for the following personal information: family member's names, children's names and birthdates, family address, phone number, and any specific instructions (allergies, special needs) for your child. We will also take a photograph of your child, yourself any other family member who has permission to pick your child up.
You child will be given an identification tag with his/her photo that is exclusive to your visit. Your child will need to wear the name tag portion to match with the parent checkout form after service. After service, return to the registration desk to print off a checkout form. For security purposes during checkout, you must present your checkout form for your child to be released back to you.
Is there anything for my 1st-5th grader on Wednesdays?
Royal Rangers is an exciting opportunity for boys to discover a personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. The Royal Rangers ministry utilizes both fun and accomplishment in ministering to boys each week. It features indoor and outdoor activities including Camping, Recreation, First Aid, Crafts, Hobby Skills, and much more.
Torch Boys Club meet on Wednesday nights at 7:00pm
The Torch Girl's Club exists for the purpose of encouraging personal growth in Christ, discovering ways to serve, and winning others to Christ. Girls are provided exciting learning experiences through the achievement program, merit studies and group craft activities, field trips, lock-ins and much more.
The Torch Girl's Club meets on Wednesday nights at 7:00pm.
