The following ministries operate under the umbrella of Operation Care.
GIVE & TAKE:
Providing pickup & storage for donated household items including furniture. Distributed free of charge to individuals in need. By appointment at Care Center.
FOOD PANTRY:
Providing food to those in need. By appointment at Care Center.
COMMUNITY OUTREACH PROJECTS:
Various community related projects ministering to the practical needs of the church and community by proviging help with home repairs for those in need.
@ OPERATION CARE PROJECT SCHEDULED @
There will be an Operation Care Project on Saturday, May 17th at the Hollywood Church of God to finish the roof and clean up. Please meet at the church at 8am Saturday morning if you are able to help. We need all workers willing to share their time and talents to help complete this project! FINANCIAL COUNSELING/PLANNING:
Personal one on one or family mentoring to provide practical steps to getting your finances under control. Instructor trained by Crowne Financial Ministries.
DRESS FOR SUCCESS & CAREER DEVELOPMENT:
Individual counseling/mentoring for persons that need help with resumes, clothing choices, interview skills and general encouragement to project a Christian appearance and attitude in the work place.
SHARED BLESSINGS:
Provides a helping hand to the church family. This ministry is designed to step in when there is illness or circumstances in a family that causes a need for a helping hand with things like meals, grocery shopping, transportation to doctor visits, mowing the lawn, household chores etc.
GAMMY'S GARDEN/PRYOR'S PATCH:
Provides a gardening experience for those who love to garden and produce for the food pantry and needy families.
