Music Ministry

 "Come let us sing for joy to the Lord;
Let us shout aloud to the Rock of our salvation.
Let us come before Him with thanksgiving
And extol Him with music and song."

The members of the Music Ministry are dedicated to serving our Lord through their talent, time and testimony. We use our song as a testimony of our faith, love and devotion to God, and present it for all to see. We do not perform for our congregation, instead we worship our Lord through the musical talents He gifted to us.

Anyone interested in joining this ministry should call Eric Freeman at (706) 778-4063 or e-mail him at efreeman@thetorch.net. We dedicate our time to serving God through following a set practice schedule. It is vital that everyone attend all rehearsals and performances listed below. 

                     Rehearsal & Performance Schedule:

1. Band and Praise Team Wednesday night at 8pm directly following service.
2. Band and Choir practice Monday nights at 7pm.
3. Sunday mornings at 8am and 10:40am services.
   The choir is free to leave after the 10:45 singing.
4. Sunday nights, no later than 6pm.
5. Two choir clinics a year.
6. The choir is asked to sing at other activities when necessary.
